So, I'm sick. I don't know what I have, but it started as a sore throat, then i got all congested, and now I feel like my head is stuffed with shit. My nose is runny, my throat is scratchy, my head is achy. Oh, life sucks right now haha.
The worst part is that I have work tonight. I've been working every single day. My only day off last week was x-mas eve and this week my only day off is new years day. I've definitely been sick as a dog the past 3 days, but I just keep working. I don't give a fuck. I shouldn't be serving people food in this condition, but the managers don't give a crap.
So I don't know why but lately I've been listening to a lot of rap and hip hop and reggaeton (I blame Jackie for the reggaeton). I feel like my music taste changes with the seasons. I can be listening to System of a Down, Korn, Linkin Park, and Senses Fail... Then a week later i'm listening to Jay-Z, T.I., and Kanye West. I've also been listening to an unusual amount of techno. Also of course, we cannot forget my absolute love for artists like Rufus Wainwright, Paolo Nutini, Feist, Regina Spektor, Mika, etc... I'm a weird mother-fucker.
But anywho. I'm also one of those people who will become OBSESSED with one song or artist and listen to them over and over and over until i'm sick of them and never wanna hear it again. Right now that artist is Kanye West. People, I'm fucking in love with this man right now. His new album 808's and Heartbreak is so ridiculously good.

Just kidding. They were not surprised... My mom said she had known for a good year now at least and my dad said he pretty much knew but it was still hard for him. My mom is pretty ok with it, I mean as good as she can be and my dad is still getting over it I think, but i'm sure all they need is some time.

Okay, enough of that... So, this semester is coming to an end pretty quickly. It almost feels as if the semester just started and already were done. I don't like this because i'm freakin out over my grades. I have a final today and one wednesday and im done...
I am happy that i wont heave to deal with all the school bullshit for a little wile though, which makes me wanna do a happy dance...
But anywho... I dunno. Other than all of that I have nothing of real interest to say. Sorry this wasnt such an exciting post...

So, the end of this semester is coming. Yes.. The end is near, folks and there's nothin we can do! This can only mean one thing... Lot's of seriously un-needed stress. Between work and school i'm just about ready to kill myself. Like f'realz. what is even crazier is that the class that's giving me a lot of my problems is my ceramics class. So, when I registered for this semester I was thinking that i'd give myself a nice, easy semester so I could get my gpa up, but it all went to hell somehow. I have 3 different projects in my ceramics class due by next wednesday and all i have is a little time tommorow to get it all done. Can you say kill me? That also doesnt include that tommorow I need to wake up early to make up a yoga class (yes im taking yoga as well) and of course i have work after all of that. tommorow is gonna suck. Let's not forget the spanish final which has three parts that i need to study for and my communication final also.
Anyway. Enough about school. In other news, I lost my cell phone. Is it normal that without it I feel naked? I'm also working constantly, but I have nothing to show for it because im brokkkeeee. This video is sort of reminding me of myself a little...

So, apparently Beyonce is playing Etta James in a movie called 'Cadillac Records'... This isn't so much happy as it is funny to me. I personally do not think that Beyonce is the slightest bit talented as an actress. I will admit that I do like some of her songs. i'd be a liar if I said I didn't, but sometimes I just plain cannot stand the woman. And by sometimes, I mean when she's trying to be taken seriously as an actress. Stick to "singing".
I also found out that she will be doing all of her own singing for the movie. Which is horrible. As I said before... Beyonce is an okay artist... But Etta James was a lot more than just okay. Way past Beyonce's capabilities. I mean... C'mon... Really?
